Congress has authorized the seizure of 4-5 billion dollars in Russian assets. To be used for the rebuilding of Ukraine. This is in hopes to pressure the rest of the G7 to take the same step totaling around 285 Billion dollars. What they dont tell you is who has thier hands all over the investment funds backing the rebuild.
