Cotton County Rural Water District #2 is the main water provider to most of rural Cotton County and southern Comanche County. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and "Quality On Tap".

Join us today, April 28th for our Annual Meeting. We will be having door prizes, pizza and snacks! This is for Cotton County Rural Water members and their families. If you receive a water bill from us every month, then you are a member! We'd Love to see new faces attend. The meeting will be today, April 28th at 6 pm at the First United Methodist Church in Walters at 202 E Oklahoma. We hope to see you there!
