Cotton County Rural Water District #2 is the main water provider to most of rural Cotton County and southern Comanche County. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and "Quality On Tap".

We are asking all residents to please conserve water due to the extreme temperatures and drought conditions. Please refrain from outside watering and filling swimming pools with the exception of livestock and pets. This conservation alert will remain in effect until weather conditions change.
