oring the health of our community, identifying and responding to health threats, providing timely and accurate information, enforcing laws that protect health and providing quality services to prevent and control disease. Whether or not you have utilized the direct services provided by our staff, the Cotton County Health Department provides indirect protection every day for each person that lives, works and plays in our community. Whether we are inspecting restaurants, providing infant immunizations or investigating disease outbreaks, we are committed to our mission of providing a healthy community for all of the citizens of Cotton County.

The Oklahoma Rural Health Transformation Program has released a public grant application through a Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Rural Regional Reorientation (RRR) Program.

Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. CT on June 12, 2026.
RRR will provide grants of up to $4 million to eligible clinical and social service providers, either individually or in partnership with one or more entities.

The Oklahoma Rural Health Transformation Program has released a public grant application through a Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Chronic Disease Management Program.

Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. CT on June 8, 2026.
The Chronic Disease Management Program is intended to fund providers, community-based organizations, and other organizations to implement and/or expand proven models for chronic disease management across rural regions of Oklahoma.
