Brigham House The Iafrate Brigham House is a Home Stay Guest House! The Brigham House is a Victorian home in Waltham built in 1893 located right on the #70 bus line.

Minutes to downtown Boston, express bus to Regis shuttle at Riverside, and convenient to almost any school in the area, you will love our convenient home. We welcome ESL or other students only. Amenities include washer and dryer, WIFI, TV, pool and deck. We are known for our great homemade American and Italian meals. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, banks, tennis and basketball courts. We are currently a female home stay.
