Would you like a new or updated family photo? As part of our Summer Reading program we’re offering family portraits from 11 am until 1:30 pm Thursday. You must sign up in advance by stopping by, calling us at 574-626-2234 or emailing us at [email protected]. It is a fundraiser for the library. There is a $10 sitting fee donation to receive a free link to your photo. You can download for free or choose to order through a professional site.

Ready for the hunt?!? Today is the start to our town-wide US Flag hunt. Come to the Walton Library for instructions and your sheet. Winners will be drawn from all participants. One adult and one child will receive a free America 250 commemorative coin each day between June 30th and July 2nd. The hunt runs from today until June 26th with prizes being distributed starting June 30th.

Look who found dinosaurs! Their new owners even took them out for a nice lunch. What a nice, new family. 🥰 (Thanks, Sybil, for letting a few Dinos run around the Post Office. Summer Reading kids also enjoyed a family-time story before heading out of the library to search for their adopted dinosaurs. 🦕 Keep on searching! There are still plenty of lonesome dinos out there.
