🚧 Notice from Alliant Energy – Planned Overnight Power Outage 🚧

Alliant Energy will be replacing utility light poles on Thursday, July 23, 2026 through Friday, July 24, 2026.

To safely complete this work, power will be temporarily shut off from approximately 11:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. in the following areas:

• 100 & 200 blocks of Kenosha Street
• 100 block of South Main Street
• Portions of Maple Avenue

If you live in these areas, please plan accordingly. We appreciate your patience and understanding as Alliant Energy completes these necessary infrastructure improvements.

PUBLIC NOTICE to Village of Walworth residents affected by the Lead and Galvanized water service line replacement.

We apologize for the disruption and various construction excavations as a result of this important project. Please note that this will result in improved infrastructure and benefit drinking water quality for residents. Note that the various excavations in the roads, terraces and yards will be fully restored once the lead and galvanized lines for this project are replaced.
