🎶🎵 Music Therapy Fun at Compass 360! 🎵🎶

Our Compass 360 students had a fun-filled day enjoying Music Therapy at the ESC! From making music and moving to the rhythm to exploring different sounds and instruments, our students had a wonderful time learning, engaging, and having fun!

Music Therapy provides so many benefits for our students, including:

🎼 Improving communication and language skills
🥁 Encouraging social interaction and turn-taking
🎶 Supporting emotional expression and self-regulation
👏 Developing listening, attention, and focus
💪 Building motor skills and coordination
😊 Increasing confidence and self-expression

The Auglaize County Junior Fair “Shine in the Show Ring” Show gave individuals with special needs a wonderful opportunity to experience the excitement of the show ring and proudly show an animal of their choice at the Auglaize County Fair!

This year’s participants had the opportunity to show a variety of animals, including pigs, cows, sheep, goats, chickens, and rabbits.

Amy Becher, Auglaize County ESC Special Education Director, had the privilege of serving as the judge for this special event!

A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who worked behind the scenes to make the “Shine in the Show Ring” show possible. Your time, dedication, encouragement, and support provide these wonderful individuals with the opportunity to participate, build confidence, make memories, and most importantly—shine!
