The Wapakoneta Area Chamber of Commerce and Wapakoneta Area Economic Development Council are proud to host Mission Discovery 2026 at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds , a hands-on career exploration experience for Auglaize County high school students.

Students will have the opportunity to explore a variety of career fields, meet local professionals and experience what different careers can look like firsthand.

It’s one more way we’re helping connect students, careers and our local business community—and invest in the future of Wapakoneta and Auglaize County. ✨

🌿 Celebrating another investment in the health and quality of life of our region!

We were pleased to join Grand Lake Health System for the opening of its new Pediatric Sensory Garden, a thoughtfully designed space supporting children receiving rehabilitation services through interactive sensory stations, musical elements, tactile activities and nature.

The celebration was also attended by Congressman Jim Jordan and Angie King, State Representative, providing another opportunity to showcase the important work happening right here in our region.

Following the event, we joined Congressman Jordan for a tour of Grand Lake Health System and a closer look at the services, people and investments that make the health system such an important part of our regional economy and quality of life. The upgrades are coming along nicely.

We’re proud to see Chamber members continuing to invest in facilities and services that make our communities stronger places to live, work, do business and raise a family.

Congratulations to the Grand Lake Health System team and everyone who helped bring the Pediatric Sensory Garden to life! 🌱👏
