Congratulations to Ward District Court Chief Clerk Angel Williams on her graduation today from the Arkansas Administrative Office of the Courts' Certified Court Manager Program. This achievement marks the successful completion of a rigorous three-year process to earn her certification, demonstrating her dedication to professional excellence and her commitment to serving the citizens of Ward and the judicial system of Arkansas.
