The Summer Library Program Starts Soon!! Summer is almost here, and we’ll have a season full of reading, creativity, and FUN at the Warden Public Library!!

*** Ready, Set, Go: Friday, June 5th to Friday August 14th
Stop by the library to sign up — or join anytime afterward — and begin your summer of fun.

*** Choose Your Adventure:
+ Pick up a paper Activity Pack at the library. It’s full of summer ideas, challenges, activities and prize opportunities.
+ Participate online with the free Beanstack app. This is another way to join the fun!!

*** All-ages Summer Storytime each week:
We will have many different visitors bring us activities. Come learn, see and try something new. We will end each program with a craft. Bring your creativity and imagination!!

*** Craft Afternoon for Adults and for Tweens/Teens:
See you at the library for fun activities with lots of conversation and laughter.

We will have activities and challenges all summer long. And…prizes!!

We read about Dogs this morning. Our stories had a Stinky Dog, "el Perro con Sombrero", and "The Dog Book". We woofed, sniffed and wagged our tails. And we created personal dog ears to wear home. Thank you all so much for having fun with us at Friday Morning Storytime. Come join us soon for the Summer Library Program. Friday Morning Storytime will begin again in the Fall.

Join us for Storytime this Friday, May 22nd, at 10:30am. We will read stories and move with rhymes and action songs!! Use your imagination while building early literacy skills. Stay after for a fun craft if you can. This will be our last Friday Morning Storytime of the spring. We will now move to our Summer Library Program schedule.

Storytime this morning was LOUD!! Our stories had a big, green monster, monster underwear and even monster mac n cheese. We danced and roared, and roared, and roared!! Many of the yarn monsters we created had several eyes. Next week will be our last Friday Morning Storytime of the spring. We will change to the All-Ages Storytime in our Summer Library Program. Join us next Friday morning at 10:30 am!!

Storytime today was all about Moms!! We learned Moms love flowers and any kind of food. Worms, an old shoe, or a mud puddle are things we know not to give Mom. We practiced our rhythm with the I'm So Happy dance. And we created Mother's Day cards for that special someone. We hope will come learn and play with us next Friday at 10:30am. Happy Mother's Day!!
