Chess is not only fun but also a great way for kids to learn problem-solving, decision-making, and other cognitive skills. That is why the Warminster Library hosts a Kids Chess Club monthly.

The next upcoming meeting will be on Wednesday, June 10th, at 6 PM. Keep in mind that the club's recommended age range is grades K-5. Register online with the link below if you wish to attend.

With Pride Month in full swing this June, we've put up a colorful display stand in the library filled with engaging titles that appeal to the LGBTQ+ community and highlight the unique voices of LGBTQ+ writers. As books are checked out, staff members will add new titles to fill in the gaps, so feel free to check out any that interest you.

It's Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈

The Warminster Library cherishes and serves every member of our community, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation. And in a time when books that highlight LGBTQIA+ themes have increasingly become subjects of political controversy, we think it's more imperative than ever to shine a spotlight on authors who explore those themes, for their voices are just as important as anyone else's.

Celebrate Pride Month throughout all of June by stopping by the library and picking up a book today! We've even offered some suggestions for you! 🥰

Today, we at the Warminster Library would like to take the time to honor those who've served in the military and lost their lives to protect the United States. Their sacrifices will always be remembered.
