Customers in this area may experience interrupted service, reduced water pressure or discoloration of water. They will not leave until the repair is made. Water runoff is icing immediately. The road will be salted when finished. Please proceed with caution in this area.

❄️ Cold Weather Reminder: Protect Your Pipes ❄️

With temperatures around 5°F, we’ve received calls about water service disruptions. At this time, there are no water main breaks — most issues are due to frozen pipes on the customer’s side.

To help prevent frozen pipes, we recommend:

Keep a slow drip from faucets during extreme cold

Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate

Insulate exposed pipes, especially in basements, crawlspaces, and garages

Keep your home heated, even if you’re away

Seal drafts near pipes along exterior walls

If you suspect frozen pipes inside your home, a licensed plumber can help. Taking these steps now can prevent damage and service interruptions.
