Georgia Veterans Education Career Transition Resource Center VECTR is a gateway for veterans and their families transitioning into Georgia's post-secondary educational institutions and the civilian workforce.

Georgia’s VECTR Center is a one-stop hub assisting veterans, transitioning service members, and their families with career coaching, accelerated training, education guidance, entrepreneurship support, VA benefits guidance, and community services. A collaboration of the University System of Georgia and the Technical System of Georgia, VECTR provides career counseling, educational coaching, workforc

e training and more. Accelerated technical training offered through VECTR is unique, focusing on high-demand careers and helping veterans build on their military skills to get into other careers as quickly a possible. The Georgia VECTR Center proudly stands with gratitude as we remember the brave men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces who gave their lives in service to our nation. Their courage, dedication, and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Today and every day, we honor their legacy and the families who carry their memory forward.
Thank you to all service members—past and present—for your unwavering commitment to our country.

In honor of Memorial Day, the GA VECTR Center will be closed Monday, 25 May and will reopen on Tuesday, 26 May.

A virtual, three-day event running from June 9-11, 2026, offering any veteran, service member, and military spouse/partner tools, support, and advice needed to advance their careers. We are also extending this opportunity to those that support the Veterans community.

The three-day program will include panels providing an overview of specific job functions and industries found in corporate society, an exclusive fireside chat, and free skill building sessions.
