ATTENTION COACHES ‼️

Today's Wet-bulb temperature is 87 degrees (August 10). Maximum practice time should be 2 hours. Players are restricted to helmet, shoulder pads, and shorts during practice, and all protective equipment must be removed during conditioning activities. Must provide 4 separate rest breaks each hour with a minimum of 4 minutes. These regulations are from the GHSA.

July was Parks and Recreation Appreciation Month and the Warner Robins Recreation department celebrated all month long with activities each week planned by some of the fabulous ladies on our team!

We had a blast with events like "Rec Games: Part-Time Edition", which we put on to celebrate our awesome part-time employees, and "The Amazing Rec Race" for our full-time staff. Here are some of the pics & highlights from those events last month! 🔥
