Request for Proposals — Child and Adult Care Food Program

Middle Georgia Community Action Agency Head Start Program is accepting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from vendors who provide bulk food items for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Meals and snacks will support Head Start and Pre-K children across MGCAA’s service area during the upcoming program year.

✅ RFP Details:
The proposal package includes a list of food, supplies, and center locations. Delivery must be made to center site locations.

Beginning Monday, August 10, 2026 at 8:00 AM

Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM

(MGCAA) Head Start Program is soliciting proposals from qualified mental health professionals and organizations to provide mental health services for enrolled children and families. Services shall support the social-emotional well-being of children, strengthen family outcomes, and assist the program in meeting all applicable Head Start Program Performance Standards.
