U.S. Army Reserve Specialists Breonna Moffett and Kennedy Sanders served with distinction as horizontal construction engineers in the 718th Engineer Company, 926th Engineer Brigade. Stationed at Tower 22 in northeastern Jordan, they operated bulldozers and road graders while supporting Operation Inherent Resolve.

Specialist Moffett, 23, from Savannah, Georgia, and Specialist Sanders, 24, from Waycross, Georgia, brought dedication and skill to their platoon. Known for her leadership and positive attitude, Moffett excelled in her role and built strong friendships within her unit. Sanders was recognized for her strong work ethic and technical abilities while maintaining a vibrant personal life that included creative hobbies like knitting.

Both soldiers joined the Army Reserve seeking growth and opportunity. They earned respect from their peers and leaders through their professionalism and commitment to mission success. Their service contributed to critical engineering operations that supported U.S. forces abroad.

Moffett and Sanders exemplify the excellence, teamwork, and dedication found throughout the U.S. Army Reserve. Their achievements reflect the highest standards of military service.
