Hi everyone! I’m sorry we haven’t been active in a long time, we’ve been super busy with school! I just wanted to come on and say that our hearts are with the MSU community. One of our organizers goes to MSU, she is safe thankfully. This can’t keep happening. We need our political leaders to stand up and make a change so no more students have to go through this. Last year after Oxford two of our organizers led a walk out at their high school to honor the beautiful lives who were taken too soon and to make sure political leaders knew that students and children were counting on them to make a change. Now 14 months later one of those students is a survivor because those leaders failed. Students who survived Oxford, Sandy Hook, and Parkland are survivors of two schools shootings. This can’t keep happening. We need change NOW, so no other child has to go through this. Please keep thinking of the MSU community tonight, but please also step up and fight for change.

James has had a lot of time to move here if he really cared about us.

District 10!! Carl Marlinga is our Democratic candidate for Congress! We need people who will fight for us in congress, vote blue in November!

I am honored to be the Democratic Nominee for the 10th Congressional District. I've served Macomb County for 4 decades as the Macomb County Prosecutor, an Assistant US Attorney, and most recently as a Judge on the 16th Judicial Circuit and Probate Courts. I am running because it is absolutely vital to protect a woman's right to choose, equal rights and antidiscrimination for all. We must lead in creating good-paying American jobs by being at the forefront of industries like clean energy and advanced vehicles, we need to bring back home advanced manufacturing and supply chain jobs and protect our Great Lakes and Lake St. Clair for generations to come. I love this community and have lived in the 10th District my entire life. I have the experience, values and leadership needed to represent our district in Washington.

Hi! We mentioned at our last event that we were going to try to organize another event before we leave for school. Due to the limited time we have to organize and the limited days we have open to do an event, we won’t be able to do another one. We are working on getting a team together for a reproductive rights walk going on in late September, that news will be coming out in a few weeks! Follow us here for updates on events/fundraisers and more news about that. Thank you everyone who has come out to any of our events, thank you to those who have spoken, and even if you couldn’t make it to anything thank you for supporting us in the fight for women’s rights! Keep fighting, keep showing up to protests, and even though it’s a couple months away, be ready to vote in November!
