Warren County Drug Task Force

On January 22, 2025, The Warren County Drug Task Force, assisted by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office – Bureau of Narcotics, the City of Warren Police, Youngsville Police, and Conewango Police conducted an operation resulting in the arrest of two individuals.


Daniel J. Pfaffenbach, 44, of Jamestown, NY
Pfaffenbach was charged with Possession with Intent(F), Conspiracy-Possession with Intent(F), Dealing in Unlawful Proceeds of a Crime (F1), Possession Controlled Sub (M), and Drug Paraphernalia (M).

Ryan M. English, 33, of Warren, PA
English was charged with Possession with Intent(F), Conspiracy-Possession with Intent(F),


These two persons were taken into custody related to the sale and distribution of suspected fentanyl within the Warren County community. They were charged and placed in the Warren County Prison pending arraignment.

We will continue to investigation and arrest persons involved in the illegal possession, sale, and distribution of controlled substances into our communities.
