Emergency scenes can be pure chaos. Police cars, ambulances, and fire trucks crowd the area, with personnel all working together to provide aid to people in need. It is not uncommon at these scenes to see vehicles who ignore the incident taking place traveling though at excessive speeds or trying to drive through the area that is shut down for safety purposes.
When approaching a scene with emergency vehicles, PLEASE KEEP THESE THINGS IN MIND!
