Student Lucas H. in Mr. Macedonia’s 1st Hour Foods Class at Enterprise High School prepared an impressive garden-to-table meal today!

🍽️ Menu:
• Fried walleye sandwich topped with fresh green leaf lettuce from the Enterprise garden, homemade tartar sauce, and American cheese on a brioche bun
• Braised collard greens with bacon, harvested from the Enterprise garden
• Fresh salad featuring Enterprise-grown romaine and green leaf lettuce, shallots, radishes, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette

To make this meal even more special, the walleye was caught by Mr. Macedonia and paired with fresh produce grown right here in the Enterprise garden. This hands-on experience showcased the journey from garden and water to table while highlighting Lucas’s culinary skills, attention to detail, and creativity.

On Wednesday, May 20th the Wolverine Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society inducted 31 new sixth and seventh grade members. Congratulations on your academic accomplishments as well as your leadership at WWMS.

🎉 Congratulations to our 7th Grade Robotics Team! 🤖🌍

On Saturday, May 16, our 7th grade robotics team competed in the Robofest World Championships at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield!

The team competed against 28 talented teams from around the world, including teams from China, Mexico, Ghana, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Egypt, along with teams from Michigan and Florida.

In both Round 1 and Round 2, the team scored an impressive 60 out of 100 points, placing them in the top half of all competing teams at the world championship level!
