If you missed Rabble at Warren’s Corners last night, you truly missed something special.

Here’s a short clip from their powerful performance of “Follow the Drinking Gourd,” sung inside a church with deep ties to the Underground Railroad. Hearing those voices rise in a space where freedom seekers once found refuge was a genuine goosebumps moment.

📢 A Quick Update & A Special Event Next Weekend!

If you were planning to visit us next weekend, please note that both FWT and Jay Bird Antiques will be temporarily closed while we tackle some exciting improvements on-site.

However, we are shifting our energy just down the road for an incredible cause! We are thrilled to invite the community to a special fundraising concert featuring Rabble at Warren's Corners, hosted at the beautiful Warren’s Corners United Methodist Church.

Every dollar raised during this evening of fantastic music will directly benefit the preservation and future of the historic hamlet of Warren’s Corners.

While our doors are closed for a few days, we would love nothing more than to see our friends, neighbors, and visitors gather together at the church to support the community we all love.

Thank you for your understanding as we make our improvements, and we can’t wait to see you at the show! 🎸✨

Some of you noticed this image in our invitation to Rabble at Warren's Corners.

Take a close look at this stunning aerial viev because you are looking at a landscape packed with incredible stories of courage, community, and survival!

History buffs, check this out:

In the spring of 1805, Polly and her children arrived right here, opening up their home to the public and welcoming the very first travelers to the area.

See the Mighell’s home and back garage? (The deep red, square, building near the middle.) That wasn't just a homestead—it was a critical sanctuary on the Underground Railroad. It’s the exact spot where Charles and Martha Brown courageously and narrowly escaped slave catchers on their journey to freedom.

You can even spot Warren’s Store sitting right across the way from the old tavern!

Every road and roofline in this photo has a story to tell!
