There's something special about seeing all of our Residential homes come together in one place. 💜

Last night was filled with laughter, friendship, great conversations, and even better food! Residents enjoyed meals from Kings Kitchen and cooled off with delicious virgin margaritas made by Bill.

At RISE, we're not just supporting individuals—we're building a community where friendships can grow and everyone has opportunities to connect, celebrate, and belong.

What a wonderful evening together! ✨

The RISE Mobile Crew is out in the community mowing lawns, building job skills, learning responsibility, and proving every single day what inclusive employment can look like.

And honestly… your grass should probably be nervous. 😅

We love seeing our crew members grow in confidence, teamwork, and independence while doing real work that makes a real impact in our community. 💜

Looking for a rewarding summer job where you can make a real difference while building valuable experience? Join the RISE Summer Youth Program as a Job Coach!

📅 Program Begins: June 1st
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
⏳ 8-Week Summer Program
📍 Approximately 25–30 hours per week

As a Job Coach, you’ll have the opportunity to:
✨ Make a positive impact in the lives of youth
✨ Build leadership and communication skills
✨ Gain hands-on experience in coaching and mentorship
✨ Be part of a fun, supportive team environment
✨ Enjoy a meaningful and active summer job

Training is starting NOW, so we are looking for individuals ready to jump in as soon as possible!

Today, we had the honor of celebrating an incredible milestone at RISE — Debbie Presley’s retirement after 33 years of dedication, hard work, and heart. 💜

For more than three decades, Debbie has been a familiar and valued part of the RISE family. Her dedication, consistency, and presence have made a lasting impact on staff, peers, and everyone who has had the joy of knowing her through the years.

During today’s celebration, Debbie was presented with an award to recognize her 33 years at RISE and the lasting impact she has made over the years. We also shared some special memories and kind words together, including a poem written and read for Debbie by our Executive Director, Misty Miller, to honor her journey and everything she has meant to the RISE family.

Debbie, thank you for 33 amazing years of dedication and for being such an important part of the RISE story. Your legacy will continue to live on through the countless lives you’ve impacted along the way.

Please join us in wishing Debbie a retirement filled with joy, peace, laughter, and all the time she deserves to enjoy this next chapter. 💜

WOW. The response to our RISE Track & Field Event has been incredible! 💜🏃‍♂️🏅

Because so many community members have reached out wanting to be part of this event, we’ve decided to officially open volunteer sign-ups to the community as well!

We already have amazing support from the High School Track & Football teams volunteering, but it means so much to see even more people wanting to show up for our athletes. 💜

If you would like to volunteer:
Please sign up by Monday night to guarantee your volunteer t-shirt!

Volunteers may still be accepted after Monday, but shirts cannot be guaranteed after the deadline.

This event is about inclusion, encouragement, community, and giving our athletes a day to shine — and we’d love for you to be part of it.
