Welcome to the team Caleb Sides!

Caleb is a Warrensburg Highschool junior and looking forward to heading to basic training this summer and then finishing out his senior year of Highschool.

He will be attending training to be a 15P (Aviation Operations Specialist) when senior year is over. He will then drill one weekend a month at Whiteman Airforce base working with our Blackhawks Pilots.

Welcome to the team Tenaia and Kimberly Maxwell! It’s really not everyday to see siblings join the Army National Guard together and it’s an even more rare occasion to see twins join together!

They both will go to basic training together this summer once they graduate Warrensburg High-school and when they return will drill one weekend a month at Whiteman Airforce Base with the 1-135th Assault BN while attending the University of Missouri (MIZZOU).

They will both use the National Guard’s 100% tuition assistance as well to help them graduate debt free!

So far a great drill weekend with motivated soldiers! A lot of times we are prepping for basic training, however, today we were given the opportunity to fly on UH-60 Blackhawks! Not a lot of people can say they were paid to do this!
