Fighting Mules Battalion, UCM Army ROTC Information on UCM ROTC

Our vision is to be one of the Nation's premier ROTC programs by continuing to develop adaptive warrior leaders that we are all confident in their ability to lead our most treasured commodity - the US Army Soldier. To accomplish this we must continue to: develop leaders of character by providing Cadets with quality education, training, counseling, and mentoring; sustain and improve the program's e

xcellence by exceeding our contracting mission and exceeding or meeting our commissioning mission; recruit quality and retain the best Cadets; and empower our Cadets through meaningful participation in the conduct of the battalion's operations.

Tactical labs are where classroom knowledge turns into real-world application. Over the past few weeks, our cadets have been sharpening the skills they will need for FTX, Cadet Summer Training, and future Army leadership roles. Every lab is a chance to build confidence, strengthen teamwork, and prepare for success in the field.
