Our Restaurant serves affordable, creative cuisine, with something on the menu for Everyone! Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Bond 1786 offers comfortable lodging and dining in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. We are also a "green" property, utilizing state of the art, eco friendly building methods and materials, fireplaces, amenities, supplies, etc., as well as

all natural fertilizers and pest control. The restaurant features locally grown and produced foods whenever possible.
