And just like that Burg Fest Street Fair 2026 starts TODAY! 🎡
Set up for our community event is underway and already transforming Downtown Warrensburg into something fantastic. Thanks to the help of some pretty amazing community volunteers, University of Central Missouri Wrestling and Johnson County CLIMB, they helped get things started yesterday evening.

Volunteers were moving fencing, mapping and marking over 100+ vendor spots and placing check-in signs around Downtown, so tomorrow will be a breeze.
Warrensburg Main Street would not be able to pull off our largest annual event without volunteers. Thanks for all those already lending a hand behind the scenes. We're ready for another full morning of preparing.

Burg Fest Street Fair opens tonight, October 9th at 4:30pm. To find all the details on events, times for both Friday and Saturday, what bands are playing, and all about the carnival visit https://warrensburgmainstreet.org/burg-fest/ or check out our Facebook event.

Having someone volunteer for Warrensburg Main Street is like sweet music to our ears and this time we mean it literally. We're excited to recognize Adam Sommer as our Volunteer of the Quarter. 🎶

Farmers' Market often provides free entertainment for all those spending their Saturday mornings shopping the market. This season, Adam Sommer shared his musical talents with us, providing the perfect melodies to the vendor and patrons to enjoy. Adam generously volunteered his time and talent to bring joy to others. He even took his generosity further and donated any tips he received back to Warrensburg Main Street for the Farmers' Market. Over the 2026 Season he raised $600!

Warrensburg Main Street is so lucky to have volunteers like Adam, who don't just show up but they actually make magic happen. The Warrensburg Main Street Board and Organization Committee are thrilled to recognize Adam as the Volunteer of the Quarter. Our Organization Committee nominate volunteers that inspire us with their support and the creative ways they influence our growth. We hope Adam's initiative to use art to fundraise and give back to the community catches on. Congratulations Adam!

Help Us Light Up Downtown Warrensburg! Our Adopt-A-Garland program is back for 2026!

Since 2021, our Light Up Downtown project has helped Warrensburg Main Street continue growing the holiday magic throughout Downtown Warrensburg. What started with 75 new garlands and LED lights has continued to grow, and last year's Adopt-A-Garland support helped purchase new holiday decor for our Downtown planters!

We're ready to keep the momentum moving forward!
For $100, adopt a Downtown light pole and receive a special keepsake ornament that will be displayed throughout the holiday season. Promote your business, honor a loved one or simply show your love for Warrensburg. 💛
Your $100 adoption helps support the bigger picture! Funds are reinvested into our Light Up Downtown project to maintain existing decorations and add new holiday decor each year.

✨ What's Next: Purchase seasonal decorations that will be used to brighten and enhance our downtown throughout the holiday season.
⏰ Deadline to Adopt: November 20th, 2026

Adopt Here: https://warrensburgmainstreet.org/adopt-a-garland/

It's official, Downtown Warrensburg is ready for Fall! 🍁🍂

Thanks to an incredible group of volunteers, Downtown Warrensburg got a little extra love last week. Volunteers planted fall mums, pulled weeds, picked up trash, refreshed parking lot paint and helped make sure Downtown Warrensburg is looking its best as we welcome thousands of visitors for fall events, UCM football games, shopping, dining and more.

A HUGE thank you to Dutch Valley Warrensburg for generously donating the beautiful mums that are bringing a pop of fall color throughout Downtown Warrensburg! Thank you to our Downtown Beautification sponsors for helping keep supplies stocked and ready throughout the year: City of Warrensburg Government The Next Door Agents
