On behalf of our department, we want to truly thank everyone who purchased a raffle ticket to help benefit JP Taylor and his family.

The drawing was held last night and the winners are as follows:

Winners will be contacted and will need to pick up guns at Cross Creek Outdoor Supply in Henderson, NC

Inez VFD is hosting a Benefit Raffle for JP Taylor who was injured earlier this month in a livestock accident. All proceeds will go to help JP and his family.

Raffle tickets are $10 each and can be purchased from any Inez VFD member, the North Carolina Highway patrol station in Henderson and additionally all Warren County VFD stations.

Vegetation is greening up, but we’re still in spring wildfire season. Fire danger will be high across the state for most of the week. Remember to:

👉🏻 Check for burning bans or fire restrictions in your area.
👉🏻 Make sure you have a valid burn permit.
👉🏻 Keep an eye on the weather. Don’t burn on dry, windy days
👉🏻 Keep your burn pile small, not tall.
