🚨 Minnesota Weather Awareness Week 🌪️🌩️

Severe weather can happen anytime—are you ready?

This week is a great reminder to prepare for Minnesota’s toughest conditions, including:
⚡ Thunderstorms & Lightning
🌪️ Tornadoes
🌊 Flooding

✅ Stay Weather Aware:
• Have multiple ways to receive alerts (NOAA Weather Radio, phone apps, local media, Everbridge)
• Create a family emergency plan
• Know your safe shelter locations
• Keep an emergency kit ready at home and in your vehicle

⏰ Statewide Tornado Drills:
Practice taking shelter and make sure everyone in your home, school, or workplace knows what to do. Local tornado siren testing will take place on Thursday April 16th at 1:45pm and 6:45pm.
