A fun time was had by all this Saturday as we came alongside the town of Mentone for the final push of their fundraising campaign!

They have until June 5th at 10 pm to collect $50,000 in donations.

Can you help make that happen?? 😎

If you want to be a part of making Phase 2 of Mentzer Park a reality then head here: https://mentonein.gov/ and click on the park flyer to donate.

We are pleased to announce our 3rd Annual KSVC Showcase. The hours have been extended because we have more students with more businesses to highlight!

We would love everyone to attend, even if it is only from 5 pm - 8 pm, to see the businesses, network, and eat great food.

If you can stay for the whole thing, then you will be treated to seeing the celebration of the hard work of all the students from 8 pm - 9 pm.

You can use the QR code to RSVP by April 2nd so we know how much food to order!

Hope to see you there ( :

This week we were able to HELP another community move forward in obtaining public input to help plan to make their future brighter.

Many often forget about Sidney as it sits in a corner of Kosciusko County, but alas we haven’t forgotten and are grateful to support them!

Thanks to a gracious donation of the Kosciusko County Community Foundation a team from Sidney was able to partner with MACOG to create a strategic plan.

This past Thursday, that team, and others gathered to obtain public input to complete their plan and to start dreaming about what their first park should entail.

Yes, I said park. Due to a gracious donation of land to the town of Sidney, planning is moving forward to determine what a park in Sidney should entail. Cross your fingers that all the grants come through and the dreams become a reality!!

Lastly, I have to highlight the words of the town’s clerk treasurer Lisa Parrett, “we are trying to work to breath life back into our little town”.

I have to say that with the littlest of residents attending Thursday’s event, with the most beautiful sunset reminding us that we have another day to keep working hard to create a better future, and a surprise new resident (eho has children) showing up at the meeting that life is being breathed back into Sidney.🙌🏼

A special thank you to the hardworking board members, the resilient strategic plan members, and the many folks who came to make Thursday’s event possible. Watch out world, Sidney is back!

This project is not a HELP project, but came from the collaboration spurred on by HELP.

So grateful to the Kosciusko County Community Foundation for providing a grant for the Town of Claypool to take information from Forward Kosciusko & work towards creating a 5 year roadmap.

Last night the town, in partnership with County elected officials and others, the town celebrated the hard work already completed and allowed the public to speak into the process.

It was a full house of hopeful and engaged residents speaking into the process. It was invigorating!

Watch out world, here comes Claypool😎
