As June comes to a close, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make our Summer Reading Program such a success!

Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers, the parents and grandparents who brought the kids, and especially to every child who came out to participate. Your excitement and smiles made every event worthwhile!

Grandma Judy Lomax for sharing wonderful stories during Storytime. Quincy Children's Museum for helping us kick off Summer Reading with a memorable opening day celebration. Tiffany Holland for being the absolute best Llama Llama!🐾 Donna Bainter and Andy for teaching the kids about pet safety.🍭 Raven Figge (Lindsay Figge) for sugaring everyone up with your delicious cotton candy!🎈 Tammy Bellrichard for planting curiosity with an amazing balloon STEM activity and wrapping up the month with an unforgettable Bubble Palooza!

What an incredible month of June we've had at the library! We can't wait to see what the rest of the summer brings.

Summer Reading starts Monday, June 1st at the Warsaw Public Library at 11:00 am!

Join us all summer long for reading fun, activities, and Storytime every Thursday at the library! Programs are designed for children and families to learn, explore, and have fun together.

🎉 This Thursday’s special guest will be the Quincy Children’s Museum! Come enjoy hands-on activities and interactive fun from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM.

We can’t wait to see everyone for another great Summer Reading season!

With property taxes just being received its a good time to clear up a common misconception about library cards and taxes.
If a library is listed on your property tax bill, that amount is what your household pays each year to support and use the library’s services — books, digital resources, and more. When you think about everything included, it’s a pretty great value for the whole family.
If no library appears on your tax bill, you can still enjoy all the library has to offer by purchasing a non-resident library card. A non-resident card is $75 per year and covers your entire household for access to all library services.

The Warsaw Public Library is currently accepting gently used books in good condition for donations. We welcome fiction, nonfiction, children’s books, and most general reading materials. Please note that we are unable to accept encyclopedias, textbooks, or heavily damaged items. Your donations help support our community and library programs—thank you for thinking of us!
