Our FFA is holding a trap shoot

🎯 SPOTS STILL AVAILABLE! 🎯

The River View FFA Chapter still has a few openings available for our FFA Trap Shoot on Saturday, September 12th! First come, first served. 🦆🌾

Bring your team and join us for a fun morning of competition and fellowship! 🏆

💰 Cost: $130 per team (up to 5 shooters)
💳 Payment made to: Coshocton Sportsmans Club

📅 Registration Deadline: Monday, September 7th

Please include the following information in your registration email:
✅ School/club name
✅ Names of participants for each team
✅ Whether each participant will be bringing a 12 or 20 gauge
✅ Whether you are interested in having a concession stand on site (Yes/No)
✅ Preferred shooting start time/time frame

⏰ Shooting will begin at 8:30 AM. Teams will start at House 1 at the 16 and then move to House 2 at the 18.

If there is a particular time frame that works best for your team, please let us know! We will do our best to accommodate everyone's schedules. 👍

We had a great opportunity today as TECHMobile Mantel Technologies brought many different colleges, and businesses to RVHS for our students. Each grade level got the opportunity to interact with these businesses and colleges and how they are using technology in their respective fields. There were many interactive stations that students got to participate in as part of this event. We had several successful alumni visiting us today from local businesses and colleges. Thank you to each of them for being a positive role model for each of our students.

Enjoy the pictures of our students participating in the event from today! This was a totally free event to RVHS set up by our teachers Kecia Buxton and Brian Darr. Thank you to both of them for their dedication to our students.

Thank you to our Representative Mark Hiner for coming and speaking to our 9th-12th grade students as part of this event and then spending the morning with our students.

Thank you to our students and staff for helping kick off our weekly LIT time. This is 15 minutes, twice a week that students and staff are spending time reading books, magazines, or other published materials. Thank you to the RVLSD for helping purchase many books for our students to read. Students can also bring their own book to read during this time.

It is our hope that our students learn to enjoy reading more and it helps them improve their vocabulary, and their reading and writing skills.

Good evening,

Reminder that tomorrow is our senior meeting starting promptly at 7:30am in the auditorium and senior pictures will be taken at the conclusion of this meeting.

Only full time RVHS Seniors, part time Career Center seniors, and all CCP seniors are expected to be at the senior meeting. All these students will need to stay and get picture taken after the meeting.

Full time Career Center seniors don't need to attend this meeting or get their picture taken. They will have pictures taken at the Career Center on a different day.
