On 3/15/21 between 3:00 and 3:30 in the afternoon, this little guy was dropped/dumped at the Richmond County YMCA. The vehicle was described as a mid size black 4dr car, female driving with dark brown hair 19 to early 20's age with a 11-12yr old child with her. If anyone has any information on this incident please contact Animal Control at the Richmond County Sheriff's Office (804) 333-3611.
