Town Hall is temporarily closed due to maintenance issues. We are open at the Community Center for all Town and Water issues.

The Board of Mayor & Alderman will be holding their monthly meeting on Thursday August 20, 2026 and Monday August 24, 2026 at 5:30pm. All meetings are open to the public. This meeting will be held at the community center.

The Annual Community Wide Yard Sale is coming up! August 28th & August 29 is when our Wartrace Chamber Visit Wartrace will be putting on one of the biggest community events of the year. The Parks & Rec Committee will hold their monthly meeting this Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 6pm. All meetings are open to the public.

Public Notice - Temporary Road & Public Restrooms Closure

The Town of Wartrace would like to notify residents, businesses and visitors that Vine Street located behind the downtown buildings, will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic while necessary repair work is being completed.

During this time the public restrooms located in this area will also be temporarily closed and unavailable for use.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation while work is underway. Every effort will be made to complete the repairs as quickly and safely as possible. ETA for completion is 8/14/26.

Due to impact from a vehicle a water hydrant has been broken at the base. For water crew to perform repairs all water will be shut off to downtown Wartrace, Foot hills, West Rd and Philippi Rd.
