For all the residents of District 1 (Wards 1,2,3)
Please support me by voting for Shaun Galligan for Warwick School Committee
He has done the homework and wants to really put his energy in improvements to the School Committee.

I would like to express my sincerest thanks to all those who have followed the School Committee races, in all of the districts. This level of engagement is great for our school district.

I would like to thank everyone on this page who has supported or shown interest my candidacy.

Since mentally deciding in April to run for this position, I was immediately invested in serving the people of District 1, especially the children. Since then, I have canvassed throughout the neighborhoods hearing so many other stories, thoughts, or concerns. My motivation and desire grew by the week to become elected, as I want to be the person who helps to move our school district forward, while addressing the concerns of our students, their families, the teachers, and all of the taxpayers.

Tomorrow is a big day for our city and it’s school system. I am ready to serve you. I am ready to advocate for all of the kids, mine included. I am ready to renew the public’s trust and confidence in our School Committee.

My kids are ready for tomorrow, ARE YOU READY WARWICK!!! Get out and vote, and….

I respectfully ask that you please consider Shaun Galligan for Warwick School Committee - District 1.

Our kids. Our Schools. Our Future.

I am slightly concerned with a very sensitive topic regarding campaign signs. In the past there has been signs being removed for whatever reason and it seems the same trend is continuing. I have personally seen a few of my signs disappear since Sunday (9/18). I have also heard thru friends that other candidates signs have been disappearing. I do not condone any of this behavior as each candidate works hard to get supporters and funds for these signs to then have them disappear.
If you know of anyone participating in this behavior, I ask you to say STOP and return the signs to where they were.
Thanks for your support and look forward to a fair election all around.

I wanted to send out a sincere Thank You to all of the people who supported me throughout this campaign thus far. I also want to thank the voters who voted for me today.
Thanks to all of you, I will be on the November Ballot if the number stand officially as they read now.
Thanks again.

Just as a follow up in case anyone didn’t see my general information prior. I am respectfully asking for your vote in the primary Tuesday Sept 13th.

I am Steve DiPalma, a candidate for Warwick School Committee, District 2. I graduated Bishop Hendricken, am a Veteran and a resident of Warwick for over 18 years. I’m a husband and father of two children. My background has over 10 years of Operational Management experience along with knowledge in Strategic Planning & Financial Budgets. I have an international business acumen with economic development, am highly motivated, hard working and a willingness to accept challenges.
I have no political ties nor connection to the current school system. I’m just your average resident/parent who has an OPEN mind to make a difference within the Warwick Schools and the community.
I decided to run because I have seen what the Warwick school system was like 10-15 years ago when relatives and friends attended. A lot has changed over the years and looking back can bring concerns to many residents. I want to help grow the school system reputation back to what everyone saw.
Yes… is the answer for new schools. The real question is, can the residents afford to fund them??? I think Warwick needs new schools to bring the learning environment forward. This also needs to be done in a complete and transparent way allowing the residents to fully understand the costs and outcomes of the decisions. If the benefits outweigh the costs, then the decision is up to the resident. The City of Warwick deserves to have the proper schools to support the future of the city. These schools need to be up to today’s day and age with proper technology, security and teachers to sustain the growth of the students and the city.
Over the last two years, the children have suffered far beyond what was ever necessary, and we will be dealing with the negative consequences of virtual learning, school closures, and other COVID side effects for years to come.
If elected, I will work to ensure our schools have a proper (3-5 year) strategic view in place which includes maintenance plans and financial budgets. I want the decisions to be made hand in hand with all constituents and in full transparency. I am a proud resident of the city. I am committed to making a difference in the Warwick Schools by advocating for a better learning environment for our children and the teachers, good paying jobs, more technical learning, and for a brighter future for our youth.

I ask for your support and Vote on Sept 13th primary election. Thank you!!

I want to thank the team at Gannon Sign in Apponaug for getting my signs produced quickly and for a reasonable price.
If anyone is looking for sign work I would recommend them.

Happy Saturday to everyone. So I know the Warwick Beacon will be running a section outlining the School Committee Candidates. John Howell asked for an outline of each person.
