SAMI The SAMI Program makes things happen!

Since opening in 2013 SAMI has connected over 1500 individuals to employers upon program completion of machinist, shipbuilding and welding training. SAMI is a unique program, operated by New England Institute of Technology, designed to provide unemployed Rhode Islanders with the free training and skills development to enter the workforce as shipbuilders, pipe fitters, machinists, and welders.
