Label Everything!

As you put the finishing touches on your fair exhibits, remember that every single piece must be labeled with your name, club, and county.

If your project has multiple parts (like a photography series or a multi-piece woodworking project), label each part numerically (e.g., "1 of 3", "2 of 3") so nothing gets separated!

Exhibit Tip Friday! Thinking about making a poster or a tri-fold display for General Project Judging? Double-check those size limits before you start cutting and gluing:
- Posters: Max 22” wide x 28” high.
- Tri-folds: Max 12” deep x 24” wide x 36” high.

Our 4-H Horse Show is happening on Monday, July 6, and we need immediate community help to make it a safe and successful day for our riders!

We have several critical spots open and need hands on deck for:
Gate Keepers (Keep the show moving and safe)

We are looking into a new date for the 354 Day Camp.

The date for the camp was originally June 20th from 10-2.

Here are some dates we could change it to June 22, June 23, June 24, or June 26th. or July27, July 28th, or July 31st.

If any of these dates work for families of kids that have completed 3rd-5th grade leave a comment and I will get a new registration form sent out!

4-H Registration for the 2026 Waseca County Fair closes TODAY at 11:59 pm - June 12!

This is an IMPORTANT step because it is your way of telling us what you are bringing to the fair, and what you are participating in at the fair - so you MUST complete this step if you are planning to exhibit this year!
