⚠️ Don’t miss your Medicaid renewal if you’re an ODP participant.

If you receive services through the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), completing your Medicaid renewal on time is essential to keep your coverage active and continue receiving critical medical, behavioral, and support services.

📬 Look out for the PINK envelope in the mail, this is your renewal packet from the County Assistance Office (CAO).

You can submit your renewal online via COMPASS, by mail, or in person. Be sure to respond by your due date and keep your information up to date to avoid delays or loss of coverage.
If your eligibility changes, you may still have options like MAWD or PA ABLE and you always have the right to appeal if something doesn’t look right.

Stay informed. Stay covered. Stay supported.

Mental health care isn’t one-size-fits-all and neither is therapy.

Some people go for a few weeks, others for a few months, and many return at different points in life when they need support again. Therapy is flexible, goal-based, and designed to meet you where you are, not keep you there forever.

The idea that therapy is “forever” can stop people from getting help they actually need. In reality, early support often leads to better outcomes and less long-term distress.
Let’s normalize getting help when it’s needed, no timeline required.

April is Autism Awareness Month 💙

At MAX Association, we stand with individuals and families in the autism community, as well as the providers who support them every day. This month is a reminder of the importance of inclusion, understanding, and access to quality care for people with autism and developmental disabilities.

Together, we can continue building a more informed, compassionate, and connected community because every voice deserves to be heard and supported. 💫
