MY RANT !!!!
I got to the Drs. this morning at 10:20 AM..There were 3 large dogs in a pickup truck with no windows open, I should have called the police then but waited until I was out of the Drs. office an hour later. The dogs were still there, I called the sheriff.
The man came out and left at 11:45 with the windows open and the dogs heads sticking out, I waited until noon and the police never did come while I was there.
I called animal rescue first and they said they didn't come out for this so l asked if I should call 911 and they said no call the sheriffs dept, so I asked for their number. Next time I will call 911, who knows how long these dogs were in there before I came ..
