✨ ACR Leader Spotlight Series ✨

Meet Mike Duchek, ACR Secretary.

Mike is a legislative drafter who oversees the publication of the Wisconsin Administrative Code and Register, and also works on the publication of Wisconsin statutes. His professional passions include unemployment insurance, professional licensing, and contributing to improvements in Wisconsin law.

🎓 Fun fact:
Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, along with outdoor activities like birding and volunteering for the North Country National Scenic Trail.

👏 Thank you, Mike, for all you do to support Wisconsin’s communities and for the expertise you bring to the ACR network!

✨ Survey Committee Program Update ✨

The Survey Committee is excited to share an early look at the upcoming 2026 survey, which they’ll begin rolling out to each state in the coming months. This cycle brings something new: a spotlight on state training materials and style guides! Once all updates are complete, they’ll launch a new website link where everyone can easily explore these resources. Stay tuned for that release!

In the meantime, they’ll also be reaching out to each state to refresh and confirm code publishing details.
