Thank you for joining us on Giving Tuesday and for choosing SEED. We are grateful for your support! Because of you, we reached our goal and raised $20,275! Your partnership gives families and students the opportunity to choose a unique pathway to and through college completion.
Alene (SEED LA ’26) chose SEED for the STEM curriculum and the ability to compete in today’s job market. “I came across SEED LA through a social media advertisement. I immediately told my mom about SEED and how it was a new high school in our community with a college prep boarding environment and a STEM focus. The STEM curriculum is important to me because I think it will give me access to more career options in the future.” Help us continue to support students like Alene and Choose SEED this https://givebutter.com/Chooseseed
Myiah Smith (SEED DC ’16, Georgetown University ’20, Johns Hopkins University ’22) chose SEED because of the breadth of programming offered in and out of the classroom. “In 2009, I joined the SEED DC community as a 6th-grader. It reminded me of sleepaway camp; It was more than just a boarding school! From academics to field trips, STEAM, and sports, SEED did a great job curating academic and extracurricular activities—recognizing that each student has different interests.” Help us continue to support students like Myiah and Choose SEED this https://givebutter.com/Chooseseed

Brandon Julot (SEED MD ’16, Goucher College ’20) chose SEED because he wanted to immerse himself in a different atmosphere. “I was excited about being in a new environment. I didn’t want to go to a school in my neighborhood; I felt they wouldn’t help me reach my goals. SEED offered the college prep aspect, and I knew I wanted to go to college.” Help us continue to support students like Brandon and Choose SEED this https://givebutter.com/Chooseseed

is next week! Will you choose SEED and a make a gift? This year, we have received a generous challenge grant: If we raise $10,000, we will receive a matching gift of $10,000 for a total of $20,000!
For 25 years, SEED has offered families the choice of a public college-prep boarding school. This choice provides students with a pathway to college degree attainment and fulfilled dreams and aspirations. It provides families with a partner in their child’s educational journeys. And it provides generations of an under resourced population with a lever to obtain economic freedom.
We hope you will choose SEED this .
