"Before SEED, I felt like teachers didn’t have high expectations and I didn’t have the chance to become a better me. At SEED, I get more opportunities. I’m a fast learner, and I like when my teachers give me more to learn. I’ve gone from a C student to an A student and I’m much more confident socially. When I go home, my family notices the difference in me. SEED is giving me the opportunity to be the daughter I want to be for my parents."

- Hailey, SEED LA ‘26 The SEED School of Los Angeles County

SEED opened up the world to Dominque Perkins (SEED DC '11, University of Tennessee ’15)--literally. Her study abroad experience at SEED sparked her desire to learn about different cultures and shaped her sense of self as a global citizen. She has since traveled to 25 countries, with no plans to slow down. Give the gift of experiences this Tuesday with a donation to the SEED Foundation. Giving Tuesday is less than two weeks away--save the date to make an impact with a donation to The SEED Foundation. "Twenty-five years later, I am still grateful for our SEED experience. My kids enjoyed it, so I enjoyed it. They received a stellar education, graduated college, traveled, and met people from all over the world. Today they are both thriving." - Jackie Echevarria, parent of two SEED graduates.
