My current lawsuits or claims are for injuries that are as plain as day.

1. Camp LeJeune wrongful death of my mother.
2. Camp LeJeune poisoning injuries to my brain and body.
3. Discrimination based on those Camp LeJeune injuries.
4. 9/11 Toxic Dust injuries to my throat and lungs and career.
5. Property Takings in 5 law licenses that were never compensated.

When I have my justice, my plan includes advancing mental health with a clinic where I live, improving the environment where I live, and helping others, including young people.

After living decades as a person in poverty from the violations of my person, I have learned how to live very frugally and my character is unlikely to change just because my bank account is bigger.

CAMP LEJEUNE JUSTICE ACT
DOJ: I don't want your money. I want my mom back. Money is a poor excuse for justice, but you're going to pay if that's all you can give, this blood money. You're gonna pay for her cancer and my mental illness that just ruined everything. PCE causes both.

BLOOD MONEY, that rots the government from within and acts as a curse until you pay it.

PR: Camp LeJeune Justice Act
Andrew U. D. Straw is a disabled lawyer admitted to the bar of the Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
He and his family have struggled with Camp LeJeune poisoning, sickness, and death for 55 years.

"Camp LeJeune Justice Act is not about greedy lawyers or TV ads or DOJ or Navy JAG stonewallers or federal judges or Congress or even the president," Straw said.

"Camp LeJeune Justice Act is about Marines and their families taking care of their own, per their motto," Straw said. "This law passed because the Marines did not take NO for an answer from smug DOJ lawyers or the Navy or anyone else. The government has been acting like entrenched Japanese on Iwo Jima. We know how that went. Only one outcome was acceptable, at any price: the enemy losing. DOJ and Navy JAG are the enemy now. The battle is in fact already over with this new CLJA law having passed. What we see today in court is what the military calls a mopping up action."

"Navy JAG and DOJ need to offer what the victims ask because the victims are going to get much more if the government does not bow in contrition before jury trials happen in 2024," Straw said. "The clock is ticking. Victims are dying as the government delays this justice and makes lowball offers. That just means more wrongful death cases and even higher expense for the government."

Judges are allowed to dismiss spontaneously by labeling an IFP case frivolous. This is used politically and is rarely invoked because the case actually is without all foundation. 28 USC 1915

In Forma Pauperis is usually granted at the beginning of a lawsuit to a plaintiff who is unable to pay the filing fee and other costs. Most courts have a special form for this purpose so it is easy to provide the information needed. This form is for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims:

Welcome to In Forma Pauperis, the page about allowing poor people to use the courts for free. We will discuss the requirements as they are and as they should be. We will talk about disability as a factor in favor of free access. Some services are not free with In Forma Pauperis, but should be. These include access to the court dockets and documents in PACER.gov, e-filing access, and appointment of counsel for free so that the judge will not accuse the case of being frivolous. In Forma Pauperis is governed by court rules and a statute: 28 U.S.C. 1915.
