They created & tested catapult . . . observed capillary action in celery Plus have access to “On Demand” science videos such as downhill racer, vortex in a bottle, simple machines . . . Elite Scholars & a family member attended a by invitation only reception. Scholars and their guest were treated to cake and ice cream. They were also “Pinned” later during a special ceremony.

Wow! What a day, what a tournament!! Our robotics teams & their families attended FIRST Robotics Regional Tournament at McKinley Technical HS. Students were judged for: Robot Design, Research Project, Core Values and Robot Performance. Middle School team won Judges Award for Core Values! Both teams plan to continue meeting and working.
