On the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, H.E. Yousef Al Otaiba, U.A.E. Ambassador to the United States at the UAE Embassy in Washington, DC, has shared a timely message with the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council community.
In his letter, Ambassador Al Otaiba reflects on the current situation in the Middle East, underscores the U.A.E.’s resilience and preparedness, and reaffirms the country’s commitment to stability, global connectivity, and its enduring partnership with the United States.
He also highlights the strength of the U.S.–U.A.E. economic relationship—including the $1.4 trillion investment framework—and the continued confidence of American companies operating in the U.A.E.
At a challenging moment, his message is clear: the U.A.E. remains open for business, forward-looking, and deeply committed to working alongside its partners in the United States.
