Gus can help me I payed for wrong CAO form .what I'm suppose to do?
RIP RBG
I would like to propose to you to represent me at the White House and think logical about what I have to tell you. There is a law called the staue of limitations that only gives a victim of a crime a certain amount of time in which they can charge the person that committed the crime against them and have them sentenced. Why should there be any law that does not protect the victim and rather the criminals no matter the offense? It is not fair to us victims at all whatsoever. Think about it. I would like there to be no statue of limitations what-so-ever for any crime as there are cases where as a victim cannot bring their perpetrator to justice if they went into hiding or the victim was forced to live out of state by a parent and had no means to get back to the state until after the limitations have ran out or got past a certain age as there should be no law protecting any kind of criminal as a victim should have the right to charge any type of criminal at any age at any time as people do not always know the victims circumstances as to why they could not charge the criminal in a timely manner. As in my case the criminal went into hiding, I also was forced to move out of state and when I was able to return where it happened I was then lied to by a state policeman as he told me I could not charge two pedifiles that the statue had ran out giving me no instruction and I did not know how to go about changing the law so I could send them away. One passed away and one is yet alive. I want the statue of limitations law revoked for all crimes as well as all victims/the innocent have a right to be protected and feel safe and criminals should have no rights to be free that commit any kind of sexual act with a child ever and should be sentenced up to 60 years in prison never getting out. To keep children safe we are to do. Please help me to get it so there is no statue of limitations laws at all and anyone committing any sexual act with a child can be sentenced to 60 years not getting out of prison and just the same for any crime otherwise maybe with a lesser sentence for lesser crimes of another sort but with no statue of limitations for any crime we can keep children and the streets safe through out America. Thank you for all you may do to help me fight the good fight to keep the innocent children and others likewise and the streets safe and stop protecting the criminals and support the innocent and not criminals. Please advise by email [email protected] and or Po Box 532 Brooklyn, MI 49230. As I think it’s abuse of authority for the Government people who ever they were or are that allowed laws to have been made setting statue of limitations in which a victim can bring a criminal to justice that does not protect victims and rather protects criminals. I feel it seems unlawful in itself to have statue of limitations laws that do not protect the innocent. There should be a law in effect that allows any victim to charge a sexual preditor and keep them from being free to walk the streets and that allows them to be sentenced to prison for a duration of 60 years + that have wronged an innocent young child. It’s different if it was an 18 year old guy dating a 17 year old teen but when it comes to pedifile type of situation. I am a victim that got wronged by pedifiles. I had seen there is a sex offenders list that criminals are on that have commited sick acts with childen and we need to have them not walking free on the streets and in Prison for 60 years without the possibility of parole. Those that are on the sex offenders list I feel that hurt a young child should be in prison not on a list for people to see making people to fear they are walking around free putting children at risk. I feel that those that are on the list that have hurt a young child should be apprehended and sentenced to prison for 3 consecutive life sentences. When the law is revoked and one made as I mentioned if the White House does right by the innocent and protects us there should not be any sex offender that has hurt a young child outside prison nor allowed to go free on bond while awaiting trial and sit in jail until sentenced to prison. It only takes common sense to know the statue of limitations laws need to be revoked to protect the innocent victims rather than the criminals that the statue of limitations laws are protecting and it more so than ever needs to be revoked to more than ever protect the innocent young children and not the criminals that are sick. It seems unlawful in itself for there to be a statue of limitations law that does not protect us innocent victims and rather the criminals that have wronged us and others. Furthermore if anyone is ever convicted of beating a little baby, child or youth at all they should be convicted and serve the maximum of 3 life sentences and not allowed to be set free on bond while awaiting trial and stay behind bars unlike I seen wanted on the internet. The Following should be against the law to have such a law. Why have a statue of limitations? and why by the victims 28th birthday and why if the victims been assulted after a date of 1996? What does it matter? It tells me it was probably a criminal themselves or someone covering for one that made this a law who needs to be found out about. Who can’t see through the below law? Who wants to argue with me that there should be no such law that protects criminals and only laws that protect only the innocent? If my previous idea in this letter is made into law(s) that a victim can at any given time press charges against a criminal and not let out free on bond while awaiting trial I want it named “Rockeys Law” as I came from a very abusive background and have been abused terribly throughout my days Holy Spirit let me know more than any woman on earth for the longest amount of time. I feel I and mine deserve this law “Rockey’s Law” to go through and that is no statue of limitations for any crime committed, not anyone that hurts a child be allowed to go free on bond while awaiting trial, all those on the sex offenders list that hurt a young child or is convicted of child porn of any kind will be apprehended and sentenced by the government to the maximum, and all that hurt young children spend 3 consecutive life sentences without the possiblity of parole to keep our young children safe and sound and the streets clean. Michigan law signed, extending statute of limitations in sexual assault cases The acts were the result of Senate Bills 871 and 872, which were sponsored by Sens. Margaret O'Brien and David Knezek. Legislation was signed by Lt. Gov. Brian Calley on Tuesday, June 12, which gives victims of sexual assault more time to file both civil and criminal complaints in Michigan. Under the new law, if victims are under the age of 18 at the time of the crime, a criminal indictment can be filed within 15 years or by the survivor's 28th birthday, whichever occurs later. This extends the statute of limitations in Michigan by 10 years. Previously for first degree offenses, there was no time limit on when a crime can be prosecuted. However for second through fourth degree criminal sexual conduct offenses, charges needed to filed within 10 years of the crime or by the victim's 21st birthday. The law also says that criminal proceedings do not need to be brought for civil action to be filed, which needs to occur before the survivor is 28 years old or three years after they discover they have been a victim of sexual assault. The acts were the result of Senate Bills 871 and 872, which were sponsored by Sens. Margaret O'Brien and David Knezek. "I hope that today’s action and the work to come will help prevent these crimes and continue to change the culture surrounding sexual assault in Michigan,” said Calley. In addition to extending the statute of limitations, the law also allows all victims of sexual assault after Dec. 31, 1996 to file civil charges if the defendant was in a position of authority or engaged in unethical medical treatment of the victim. I think the statue of limitations for any crime is a ruthless law to have and we American people can do without any sort of statue of limitations for any crime what-so-ever no matter what it is. We should be protecting the innocent not the criminals so why therefore have a statue of limitation law at all? Please remove the statute of limitations laws from existance for all criminal matters and allow the victims if need be away to prosecute and put behind bars criminals at any given time and help keep our children, adults and streets clean and safe and sound. Calling it “Rockeys Law” please. As Rockey is my last name who is a victim.
