Last Sunday, the Embassy of the DRC in the United States participated in a prayer service at Pastor Joel Osteen's Lakewood Church. Later that day, the Ambassador, Kapinga Yvette Ngandu, met with Congolese women professionals living in Texas.

Coming from various cities, these women shared their experiences and their projects for the Congo in the fields of medicine, pharmaceuticals, STEM, and literature. This meeting provided an opportunity to listen to the diaspora, with a commitment to support and guide their ambitions for the country.
