The establishment of the Peoples’ Democratic Party representative to the United States has been initiated by Mr. Mehmet Yuksel which has been appointed by Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtas and Figen Yuksekdag on August 1, 2014. in August 2014 after unification of BDP with HDP, Mr. Mehmet Yuksel which was representative of BDP since October 3, 2012 has been transferred as HDP representative t
