We continue laser-focused on reaching our goal of 36000 new housing units by 2025. To do this, sites like Hill East are opportunities to create a mix of affordable, workforce and market rate housing while creating jobs for Washingtonians.

DC Housing Finance Agency - DCHFA

COVID-19 mortgage relief is now available! Today, Mayor Bowser announced DC MAP (Mortgage Assistance Program) COVID-19. DC MAP COVID-19 will provide up to $5,000 monthly for six months to qualified District homeowners. DCHFA is committed to helping Washington, D.C. residents maintain their status as homeowners. That’s why the Agency created DC MAP during the 2018 government shutdown to provide financial assistance to furloughed federal government employees. This new component of DC MAP aims to help those impacted by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. #DCMAP #DCHFAInnovates #covid19 #mortgage #finance #loan #realestate #homeowner #WashingtonDC #DCHFA #District
