Overview DC law requires the holders of select license types to submit compliance filings by a fixed calendar date reflecting the previous period's activity. Reports must be submitted using ABCA's online filing system.

The medical cannabis program was transferred to ABCA on September 30, 2020. Metrics are published on a monthly basis.
