In 2014, the U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy published Data-Driven Public Diplomacy: Progress Towards Measuring the Impact of Public Diplomacy and International Broadcasting Activities, a ground-breaking report that became a go-to resource for practitioners, policymakers, and scholars interested in the use of research and evaluation tools to assess the impact of U.S.G information outreach, education and cultural programming. Six years later, we asked a distinguished panel of experts to revisit that report, focusing on current and future trends in public diplomacy research and evaluation. Here's what they had to say.
