Had an amazing Marriage Enrichment Retreat with a dozen couples who dug deep to build stronger foundations for their relationships. Amazing lessons, food, and fellowship!

RP2 Mostella, a valued member of the Naval District Washington (NDW) Religious Ministry Team who supports CREDO again and again, stopped by WBFF FOX45 to talk about the COMREL (Community Relations) events happening during Sail250 Maryland & Airshow Baltimore.

This is what it's all about, Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen rolling up their sleeves to serve the local community. Serving others is at the very heart of resilience and of everything we do here at CREDO.

A big thank you to WBFF FOX 45 for welcoming RP2 Mostella to the studio to discuss the Community Relations (COMREL) events planned during Sail250® Maryland & Airshow Baltimore presented by Northrop Grumman.

COMREL events are an important part of celebrations like Sail250®, connecting visiting sailors, Marines, and Coast Guard personnel with the local community through volunteer service projects and outreach activities. These efforts leave a lasting impact while strengthening the bond between our military and the communities they serve.

Another fantastic Personal Resilience Retreat in the books!

This weekend, service members in the NDW area stepped away from the daily grind to invest in something that often gets neglected: themselves.

Through great conversations, practical tools, new friendships, and a lot of laughs, participants walked away with a stronger understanding of resilience and how to thrive both personally and professionally.

If you've ever thought about attending a CREDO event, take this as your sign. The time away is worth it, the people are amazing, and you might be surprised by how much you gain in just a weekend.

We're going to dig into real resilience and have a blast doing it with Four Lenses — learning to move from self-awareness to self-management, and making the choice to serve others while strengthening our own resilience along the way.
